No.1 Are you manufacturer or trading company?
Answer: We are manufacturer with 6 years abundant experience in home décor rack-related products.

No.2 How to get a sample?
Answer: Please send us email to We can provide free sample to our clients. Shipping fee will be charged. Thanks for your understanding. 

No.3 How to pack the products? Can we customize?
Answer: Normal packing: each product in plastic bag and packed in paper box. If necessary, we accept customize. 

No.4 What is you MOQ?
Answer: For wholesale order with customer brand, the MOQ is 500pcs. For wholesale order with our brand, any quantity is okay. (For trial order, we can offer lower MOQ.)

No.5 What’s your payment term?
Answer: Paypal, bank transfer are recommended. T/T 30% as deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment.

No.6 How about the lead time?
Answer: For custom order with your brand, the lead time is about 35 business days after receiving deposit. ( For wholesale order with our brand, the lead time is within one week.)

No.7 ODM&OEM or customer’s logo printed is available?
Answer: Yes, we accept ODM and OEM and customer's logo printed service is available.
